Farewell to February

A number of my blog friends have decided they were yearning for Spring, sick of winter and decided to post some of their photos in a tribute to winter (blah) and looking forward to Spring !

Hopefully my little Bailey will not have to go through this much more to do his daily ‘duties’..

Received this photo in an email..granted it didn’t get this bad but close enough!

HOWEVER… these are the things I’m looking forward to…

Giving Louis his summer "do"...

He helps trim some of my grasses…

Crisp Apples…

Trips to Local Attractions..
Roseman Bridge in Madison County
Robert and Francesca’s

Boating on the Lakes , watching sunsets…

But until then…..we may have another month of the white ‘poop’
These two decided they have had enough and are heading to warm weather…
(I think they were headed to the beach)

Just a wonderful post! Great shots of winter and summer blossoms. I love the puppy peeking throughthe flowers shot. I have never seen a cat get a summer haircut before - it sure made me grin. Wonderful post, I feel like the last two frozen in white poop.

I love what you're looking forward to, Barb! You have so much to look forward to, such pretty pics! I love the Yorky in the flowers! and Louis and his haircut!

Beach weather will soon be upon us. Before you know it! Then we can all head to Kathleen's for fun in the sun and the sand!

Great post! Love your two friends in the white poop :)

What an awesome post and preview to Spring and Summer!!! Louis is so funny! Does he like his do or does he get mad? I reallllly like your red yarrow. It seems I always end up with white no matter what. Your cutie in the daylilies cracks me up. Great butterfly on the Black eyed susan. I hope the snow clears soon for Bailey's sake!! Great post and I too love the beach bound poopy heads.

Barb, I'm grinning from ear to ear. Pretty and full of humor too. What a great post! Poor Louis! So happy to bid farewell to this month!

I love your post, Barb.... But in truth, the highlight for me is Louis. He is too cute. Do you trim him yourself or take him to a groomer? AND is he de-clawed?

And of course, I enjoyed seeing Bailey's paw print in the snow.

I love the progression of single colors on your post. Very, very, pretty.

Who is the little puppy peeking out of the lilies?

And I've always loved the Japanese snow monkeys. I used to have a picture of them in my office. They really look like they NEED to go to the beach.

I was going to ask the same question - who is that cute pooch in the flowers?

The deer photo is amazing and Louis must love being so cool in the summer - LOL. Those monkeys are a hoot!

Thank you ladies! Louis actually loves to be shaved in the summer...really struts around! I have it done in the vets office since they have to put him out to do it! He is declawed but always stays very close to the house!

The little puppy is an Australian Terrier and belongs to my hairdresser..she keeps the snow off the top of my head!!

Barb you just cracked me up when you said your hairdresser keeps the snow off the top of your head! The puppy is adorable.

Louis is such a cutie in his summer outfit! How neat that you took a picture of Bailey's paw print in the snow. Great idea.

Just three more weeks until spring :-)

Great post Barb! Monkeys and all!
