Mosaic Monday - Day at the Nursery

Spent a nice Sunday afternoon at a local nursery drooling over all the flowers, plants, trees.... just EVERYTHING!!  A nice young man walked with me for almost a half hour showing me much of the new inventory they have received.  Busy taking photos, writing down names and prices and promising to be back in a few weeks when they will be receiving even more beauties I can drool over!   One item I truly wished I had room in  my yard  was one of the gorgeous magnolia trees they had standing regal just as you walked in.   My mosaic is just a small sampling of what I saw today.....

I'm joining Mary at the Little Red House for Mosaic Monday.  Make sure you stop by her blog and link up to others showing some gorgeous mosaics!

THANKS FOR STOPPING BY .....

How fun to spend the afternoon at the nursery! Have your picked your favorites already? It looks like you saw some beauties :)

I have restrained myself and haven't gone to any yet - my favorite spring activity.

Gorgeous mosaic! I haven't made my first trip to the nursery yet. I know what you mean by trying to pick out just some of your favorites.

Magnolias are so beautiful at this time of year. You can get some of them that are slower growing varieties that might fit in your yard better.

You drooled on the nice young man, too, Barb? LOLOL!

Gorgeous blooms, I can see why you'd drool!

What a beautiful mosaic, Barb. I stopped by a local nursery on the weekend and the plants are starting to come in. I'm resisting the temptation to plant for another couple of weeks. It's so tempting to do it early.

Nothing like that at our nurseries yet! What a glorious day you had and I would have loved to join you!

Isn't going to a garden center just delightful torture? And yet I keep going.

I love going to the nursery! (Almost as much as a kitchen shop!)

When I lived up north I planted some bushes around every porch we ever had. The white flowers are lovely and the fragrance is divine. It's called Viburnum carlesii. Keep your eyes open for it!

Beautiful mosaic, Barb...the bleeding hearts are just gorgeous. My iris are starting to blossom, peonies have fat little buds, but sadly the lilacs have gone by for another year.
Have a great weekend!
