My little crocus' are always the first ones to break through every Spring...
Just this little bit of color gives you hope that 'maybe' winter is finally behind us. Fingers are crossed. but I do remember more than one blizzard on Easter! I'll be an optimist and believe there will be no more snow.
It's amazing how delicate these little flowers are...
Luckily, the squirrels didn't make a complete feast out of the tulips I planted last fall. If I can rely on the packaging, they should be all shades of pink once in bloom
Lilies are off to a good start also...
We'll see what happens in the next few weeks, in the meantime Tux will keep the squirrels away from my tulips!!
Thanks for Stopping By .....

I wonder if Tux would consider chasing the voles away from my tulips. I can't wait to see your tulips in bloom!
Beautiful blossoms! I have noticed tulips and iris peaking up at my house but no lilies yet. Lucky you.
I need a Tux to keep the squirrels out of my bird feeders but then I suppose Tux would eat my birds :)
So pretty, Barb! I wish we had tulips, the squirrels got all mine and I finally gave up! I'm going with daffs next year. Although the hyacinths come back every year which is nice, too! Maybe I could just borrow Tux?
We have forsythia, that's it. Soon you will have plenty of flowers!
Beautiful blossoms!
Thank goodness we have signs of life here too! I have some tiny dwarf iris blooming that the deer have decided are quite tasty :(
