I used a recipe from Susan at Savoring Time in the Kitchen which she used with a pork tenderloin you can find HERE. Instead of the tenderloin I used center cut pork chops with the bone in.
The caramelized onions with the brown sugar and balsamic vinegar has such a wonderful flavor, the next time I will double the onions and sauce! Coupled with mashed taters and a veggie medley of broccoli, cauliflower and carrots made it a perfect meal.
A house I saw tonight has this in the front lawn - they have a son in the service. A very nice tribute, you can tell we had just a touch of wind tonight, so cold...
Bought Bailey a new toy on Friday and by that evening he had the corner torn apart already..back to the solid toys, no more 'squeakers' for him!
Thanks for Stopping By....

Those pork chops look and sound wonderful! Thanks for the tip on making extra sauce.
Love the photo of the flag. What a nice tribute to their son.
Bailey is precious! The squeaker is the prize for Kiki too :-)
Is there anything better than caramelized onions? On everything! :)
This looks delish, Barb.
(I love the flag photo.)
hey you, looks so good, especially the onions! YUM!
My three can't have squeaker toys either. If you pet Frankie on the tummy, he'll squeak now :)
ME, not you
Pork chops can be dry at times, these look delicious and moist...I am always looking for new recipes for pork. Thanks for sharing!
Appealing and my mouth drooling. Pretty and sweet doggie having a dream?
That's one I have to make again! Thanks so much for reminding me of it and so glad you liked it, Barb!
Bailey looks pooped after tearing apart his new toy :)
Wow! Looks yummy! My daughter's dog tear up their toys, too...except the Chihuahua who keeps a toy basket at my house for sleepovers at Granny's house! lol Happy week!...hugs..Debbie
I like the chops with the bone in , I think they have better flavor. Sounds like a delicious meal!
